Discover Our Teaching Style In our Classrooms

pedagogy

peduh-goh-jee, -goj-ee ]

noun, plural ped·a·go·gies.

  1. the function or work of a teacher; teaching.
  2. the art or science of teaching; education; instructional methods.

Teaching is an art, according to dictionary.com, and when the canvases are our children, it becomes even more crucial to have sound teaching ethics. This is what our pedagogy is all about.

Pragmatic Learning

Ages 4-6 year

The method by which we develop the skills we’ll need to succeed in a more formal learning environment. The ratio of play-based learning to traditional classroom learning in the classroom is 40:60, providing a more balanced approach in the classroom.

Foundational Learning

Ages 2-4 year

A play-based learning strategy based on the most recent NEP 2020 criteria. We take use of a child’s propensity to learn through emotional, sensory, social, inspiring, and inventive input to design environments that promote inventive learning.

The Learning Stages

Finding balance

within a child’s individuality.

Challenge accepted.

Everything about us is unique, from our fingerprints to our personalities. The learning abilities of a child are no different. It can be fast-paced like a hare or slow-paced like a tortoise (to put it mildly), you decide who will eventually win the race.

What is unique within our pedagogy.

The unique things we do in our classes

Modern Pedagogy

For children aged 2 to 6, our foundational curriculum takes a unique approach to stage-based learning to stimulate inventive, inspiring, sensory, and social learning.

Balanced Learning

Within our stage-based learning method, we strike a balance between how and what your child learns. This strategy promotes our pupils’ holistic development and provides them with unique advantages.

Child's Pace

A child leads the class and learns themes that are particularly interesting to the child in our foundational level. As a result, learning captivates every child.

Foundational Stage

While traditional approaches are more common in the pragmatic stage, the foundational stage gives a play-based approach to learning where we strengthen basic concepts for your child.

Child Leads

A child is in charge of our classes. This provides engaging and engrossing learning settings based on themes from our foundational curriculum.

Teacher Guides

Our qualified teachers function as guides for our pupils, interfering only when necessary and when it is necessary to access the child’s learning progress.

Science and the brain

The Early Years

The basis for a child’s future potential is laid in their early years. A child’s brain develops quicker in the first three years of life than at any other period in his or her life, establishing more than one million new synaptic connections every second.

New paths can be created, but early experiences lay the groundwork, and change becomes much more difficult as children get older.

90% Brain Development

A child’s brain reaches 90% of its growth by age 5. During the first five years, a child’s brain is developing its core structures and connections. Sensory processing like sight and hearing peaks before age 1. Higher cognitive functions like memory, language and communication, and reasoning peak between 2 and 5.

The developing brain is an integrated organ. Healthy development at any stage depends on healthy development in previous stages, as more complex neural connections and skills build on earlier ones.

Learning Stages

People Inspire. These are a few thoughts which really got our attention.

The Montessori Method

Pedagogy which views children as naturally eager for knowledge and capable of initiating learning in a sufficiently supportive and well-prepared learning environment.

The Reggio Emilia approach

A student-centred and constructivist self-guided curriculum that uses self-directed, experiential learning in relationship-driven environments.

Minimalistic Approach

Focus on efficiency, spareness, refinement and simplicity. Students go through the basics of building structures without memorizing thousands of facts.

Gandhism

It covers Gandhi's ideas, words, and actions while acknowledging and accepting the truth that people are different at all levels.
